The demo trap
AI demos beautifully, which is exactly the problem. A clean question in a tidy room tells you nothing about whether it survives your actual data and your actual users. We push past the demo before we recommend building anything.
Build vs. buy, actually decided
Some of what you need already exists and should be bought. Some of it is your advantage and should be built. We map how you actually operate and recommend an architecture you can live with for years, not one that looked good in a review.
A plan, not a deck
You leave with a sequenced plan: what to do first, what it costs to run, and how you'll know it worked. If we're a fit to build it, we can. If you'd rather run with it yourselves, the plan still has to stand on its own.
