Most AI ideas don't survive contact with a real workflow. We separate the places where AI moves a real number from the places where it only adds cost and risk, and we tell you plainly which is which. You get a short list you can act on, not a deck full of maybe.
Architecture and build vs. buy
Some of what you need already exists and should be bought. Some of it is your advantage and should be built. We map how you actually operate, weigh the options against it, and recommend an architecture you can live with for years rather than one that looks good on a slide.
A plan you can act on
You leave with a sequenced plan: what to do first, what it depends on, what it costs to run, and how you'll know it worked. If we're a fit to build it, we can. If you'd rather run with it in-house, the plan stands on its own.
