About
We don't have a bench.
Most consulting firms sell you a partner in the pitch and staff the work with whoever's free. We don't have a bench to hand it to. The people who scope an engagement are the people who build it, and the people who build it are the people who answer for it once it's live. If something breaks at 2am, it's not someone reading a runbook they didn't write.
Driven is the standard we hold the work to. Edge is what's left when a system has been through people who actually understood it, not people handed a spec.

How we work
We don't sell phases. Advice that doesn't know what's feasible to build isn't worth much, and a build that doesn't know what breaks in production isn't either.
So we run advisory, build, and operations as one continuous engagement, not three separate ones with three separate teams. Start wherever you actually need us.
Advise
Where AI earns its keep, what to build first, and an honest read on build vs. buy. You leave with a plan you could hand to a different firm if you wanted to. We'd rather you didn't — but the plan has to stand on its own, or it isn't one.
Build
Production software and agents, wired into what you already run. Security and reliability aren't a phase we add at the end — unhardened code doesn't ship, so there's nothing left to bolt on later.
Operate
We stay on the pager after launch. Some engagements end at launch instead, and that's a fine answer if it's the honest one — we just don't disappear by default.
The best system is the one nobody notices. That's still the goal on the days nobody's watching how it was built.
